KIAH SEYMOUR: Congratulations to Kiah Seymour for signing a letter of intent to attend Penn State University on a Track Scholarship. There was a special signing ceremony held at school with parents, relatives and team mates in attendance to support this very momentous occasion. 

 

Congratulation to Jeremiah Attaochu Carroll Class of 2010 who was named FWAA/Bronko Nagurski National Defensive Player of the Week for games of the weekend of Sept. 24. Click here for the complete article.

 

Carroll junior All-Met, Kiah Seymour won the 300-meter hurdles and the 200 on Saturday at the 30th Draper Invitational at St. Stephen’s/St. Agnes in Alexandria. Kiah set a meet record for the 300 and the second-fastest time in the country this season. See the link below:

Mike Lonergan, Carroll class of 1984 has just been named the next George Washington University head basketball coach. Mike led the University of Vermont to the NCAA tournament and Catholic University to a national title and now takes over a program was 17-14 last season. Mike has a 70% winning record at Catholic and Vermont. See the link below:
